Well, here you go. Delightful and healthy sushi for a growing family. Lovingly prepared at a friends house. Everyone chipped in and made enough to choke a horse.
I am pretty sure that I had the lions share… Just have a go yourself and add your favourite fillings.
Ours had avocado, smoked salmon, prawns, eggroll, cucumber and tuna.
When I roll Sushi, I add just enough rice to cover the nori sheet. Add Kewpie mayo along the middle and then lay in the various selected ingredients. Roll up and then slice into bite sized pieces with a wet sharp knife.
