Ingredients
- 80 g rolled oats
- 130 g plain flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 220 g Greek style yoghurt
- 220 g milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Place rolled oats in TM bowl and mill for 8 seconds on speed 7.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4.
- Cook in a medium/hot fry pan until golden and springy to the touch.
- Serve with your favourite fruit and syrup.
