Ingredients
- 30 g Flaxseed
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 130 g frozen blueberries
- 20 - 40 g honey or agave syrup
- 15 g protein powder
- 250 g milk
Instructions
- Mill flaxseed for 10 seconds, speed 10
- Add all other ingredients and blend 20 seconds, speed 8
- Serve in a cold glass and enjoy!
