Blueberry smoothie with flaxseed

Ingredients
  • 30 g Flaxseed
  • 100 g Greek yoghurt
  • 130 g frozen blueberries
  • 20 - 40 g honey or agave syrup
  • 15 g protein powder
  • 250 g milk
Instructions
  1. Mill flaxseed for 10 seconds, speed 10
  2. Add all other ingredients and blend 20 seconds, speed 8
  3. Serve in a cold glass and enjoy!
