White Bean and Almond Dip

A deliciously creamy, dairy free dip that is as tasty as it is good for you too!
- 1 garlic clove
- 60g almonds
- Squeeze of lemon
- 400g tin of cannellini beans, drained and washed
- 15g olive oil
- Place garlic in TM bowl and chop on speed 7 for 5 seconds
- Add almonds and mill on speed 9 for 5 – 10 seconds
- Add a squeeze of lemon, cannellini beans and olive oil and process on speed 4 for 10 seconds.
