Hi Belinda,

Looks like a new update has killed most of our recipes, yikes!!

You guessed almost right the instructions are as follows:

Crust is:
50g (1/2 cup) pistachios
65g (1/2 cup) almonds
50g (1/2 cup) sunflower seeds
4 dates, soaked for 1 hour

Filling is:
2 bananas
210g (11/2 – 2 cups) frozen raspberries
45g (2 Tbs) honey or ⅓ to ½ cup soaked raisins

Frosting is:
½ cup macadamias, soaked for 2 hours
3 frozen bananas
½ tsp vanilla powder (ground vanilla bean), we used vanilla essence
1 Tbs of coconut cream (optional)

So very sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for letting us know. Obviously we're going to have some work ahead of us tonight.

Cheers
Natasha

That green sorbet looks freshalicious! With all this hot and humid weather, I'm always looking for more super ways with sorbet! I've just started chucking some spinach into my juices so will definitely give this a go. My current favourite flavour is orange and mango, really refreshing!
